• We offer our patrons a lifestyle of spa grandeur to enjoy a unique therapeutic experience that is unmatched for value.

• We continue to seek improvement in service quality via feedback from customers and guest.

• We committed to offering goods and services of satisfactory as defined in the Sales of Good Act S14 (2). Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.

• Hot Spring accords 5 days cooling-off period for a full refund (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) should the customer not wish to continue with the services offered.

• Product sold will not refund; but if it found product expiry or defect will do one to one exchange.

• Change of therapists within the first 10 minutes if you are not satisfied with the services.

• Feedback from guests will be taken seriously for service improvement.

• Hot Spring does not engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics during treatments and in the treatment room.
